Ready to get started? Our HSA Admin Center™ has been designed to make it quick and easy for you to establish your HSA program and get all of your employees enrolled. Our online process involves just 3 steps:

Enroll Online
Enrolling online is simple and takes less than 5 minutes. All you need to do is provide us with some information about your business, your contact person and how you plan to fund your employees’ HSAs. Get Started.After you have enrolled you will be sent a confirmation link containing your user ID and password. Use this information to log back in and add the names and initial contribution amounts for the employees that will be participating in your HSA program to your business.
Once you have added the participating employees, select Submit Contributions and Submit by Check to print out your Initial Contribution Statement.

Complete Employee Applications
Each employee that will be participating in your HSA program needs to complete and sign an HSA Application. Note: if your employees are transferring funds from another HSA custodian they can transfer their funds using our Transfer Form. -
Send in the Completed Package.
Congratulations, it’s that easy. Please send the completed package containing: (1) your Initial Contribution Statement, (2) signed Applications along with a copy of each individual’s ID and, (3) a check for the Initial Funding amount made payable to Falcon National Bank (note: we cannot open HSAs without funding) to:HSA Resources
