Add employees

Use our HSA Admin Center™ to quickly add new employees:

  • Enter employee’s name and email address
  • Provide your contribution amount and employee’s contribution amount.
  • Click Add New Employee and you’re ready to go.
  • Employees will be e-mailed HSA applications and enrollment instructions automatically.

Review and edit employee contributions

The Dashboard provides a view all of your employees’ contributions and allows you to make edits as necessary.

Need to contact your employee? Click the letter icon to send an email to your employee.

Submit contributions

Make your HSA contributions however you’d like, via your own payroll system, via ACH or create an invoice and make your contribution via check.

View your contribution history online

The HSA Admin Center™ retains a record of every submission, providing you with the ability to review prior payments and determine YTD contribution amounts.

Receive regular email reminders

We will send you an email reminder when it’s time to submit a contribution.
